As winter wanes and the sun feels warm on even the coldest of days, we find ourselves looking towards Spring. One of the great things about social media is the sharing of life events, including pictures and observations from the natural world. Lately, there have been a lot of images of ice and snow melting, plants pushing up through the cold soil, and people outside enjoying the warmth. Recently we’ve heard birds singing in the morning. For us northern folks, that is a welcome reminder that the earth is once again changing and quiet evenings on the porch are just around the corner.

This also feels like a hopeful reminder that our isolation may be coming to an end. It is our wish that everyone is doing as well as can be expected, and maybe also seeing a little bit of that hope. With these difficult times, we’ve been touched by the generosity and care sent our way by friends, family, and others who are in our life. We hope we’ve returned some of that care, and maybe added a little comfort to you.

I (Craig) want to thank all of the good folks who stopped by the 11th Annual Community Sing last Saturday. We had singers from coast to coast joining in on that cosmic lifting of spirit and harmony. It certainly felt good to us. Patty & Craig have a few virtual shows planned for the coming months. Those shows will be posted here as the time nears. We also look forward to a few outside performances and maybe even live shows by the fall if the vaccine roll-out is successful. Fingers crossed.

We’d also like to share that we are planning a Florida to Kansas tour for February 2022. Yes, Florida to Kansas! And we’ve already booked a bunch of shows. If you have any suggestions for that part of the world, we’d love to hear from you. And we’d love to hear from you anyway.

All for now. Till further on … take good care.

Patty & Craig
